P6 Health and Fitness Day

As part of the school Health and Fitness day, we researched the importance of various vitamins on the body, started exercise posters and walked the mile (14 laps of the big playground). We had to stay in the order we started in to make it easy for Mr Morrow and Mrs Ewing to count the laps we had completed.
After lunch, Mr Morrow took us for hockey skills. We then skipped, played Domes and Cones and went into the hall to participate in circuit exercises.
