Primary 1 Morrison in September
We have been so busy is Primary One in September, we have been learning about the numbers 1 and 2, sorting and making patterns in numeracy. During literacy time we have learnt lots of nursery rhymes and songs, heard stories, worked on our fine motor skills and completed lots of rhyming activities. For World Around Us we have been learning all about Ourselves, that we all look different and sound different, healthy and unhealthy foods, what happens when we get sick and our role play has been the hospital were we are having lots of fun dressing up and taking on different roles. Linked in with our All About Me theme we dyed our water red and dressed up in hospital outfits filling syringes and emptying them out. During September we also celebrated European Day of Languages, we came to school dressed in polish colour and one of us even came in traditional polish dress. We have had lots of fun in Primary 1 so far we cannot wait to see what happens in October.
