A challenging, but fun, hour was spent in the hall completing maths tasks in pairs. Tasks had to be signed off as correct with the aim being to get the highest score. Some of the boys in Mr Morrow's class proved to be fantastic mathematicians. We were very impressed by the way everyone worked and the discussions we heard about how to solve the tasks and what strategies to use. It is fantastic when we are told that harder tasks should've been brought in by the person running the event.
